This little cutie came to me a little later than most newborns I photograph – in fact, he was already two months old! While I try to photograph 2 or 3 month old babies the same as newborns, they are very different developmentally so we don’t always get the same poses, and sometimes they don’t even sleep. Luckily, this little guy was happy to fall asleep for awhile and didn’t mind me positioning him too much. I adore how chubby he is, his full lips, and just look at those big brown eyes! And that shoulder dimple! *swoon*
His mom and dad are the aunt and uncle of this little sweetie (I love working with different branches of the same extended family!), and it’s safe to say that he and his cousin are going to be fast friends. Welcome to the world little Leandro!

Leandro’s mama had this cool belly cast done when she was pregnant with him. Considering he was already two months old we weren’t sure he was going to fit back in it to create this image. Luckily, with a sleepy baby, some creative posing, and some Photoshop magic, I was able to create this gorgeous image for mom.
